The ENGWE LE20 Electric Cargo Bike is a versatile, step-through cargo e-bike designed for urban commuting, family transport and everyday utility. The 48V 19.2Ah lithium-ion battery offers a generous range of up to 180 km, and an optional second battery can extend this to 350 km — perfect for longer rides or delivery use. Built around a stable step-through aluminium frame, the LE20 features hydraulic disc brakes, puncture-resistant 20 x 3.0” tyres, front suspension fork and Shimano 7-speed gearing, providing a safe, comfortable and reliable ride even when fully loaded. The bike carries up to 200 kg, with integrated LED lighting and turn signals for added safety. Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
