UK Notice: All bikes supplied by Pedal Go are delivered with their maximum assisted speed limited to 25 km/h (15.5 mph) to comply with UK EAPC regulations. If you choose to adjust or unlock this, the bike will no longer be road legal in the UK.

If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
