Price Match or Beat Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The competitor’s product must be identical to ours including model, size, colour, and warranty.

The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

The competitor’s price must include delivery within the UK with an expected delivery window of seven days or less.

The competitor must be a UK based online only business that specialises in electric vehicles.

We will not match or beat prices from:

Membership discounts or bulk buy discounts
Personal voucher codes
Cycle to Work scheme vouchers
Auction websites such as eBay marketplaces or private sellers
Clearance sales auctions pre sales closing down sales or market stalls
Retailers that do not specialise in electric vehicles
