Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the UK only.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on UK orders of £200 or more. Orders under £200 have a £5 delivery charge.

Order confirmation

When you place an order, we pre-authorise your payment but do not take it straight away. We confirm stock with our supplier first, then take the payment and dispatch your order. If an item is unavailable, we cancel the pre-authorisation and let you know straight away.

Dispatch and delivery times

We aim to dispatch within 5 working days of confirming your order, if the item is in stock. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days of ordering, please email sales@pedalgo.co.uk.

Damage in transit

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If the packaging is badly damaged, tell the courier and note it on their device or paperwork. If anything is damaged, send clear photos to sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we will sort it out.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. After delivery, you have 14 days to cancel. See our Refund policy for details.
