Order Processing & Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, we will pre-authorise your payment method but will not charge you immediately. We will confirm product availability with our supplier before processing the payment. Once confirmed, we will complete the transaction and dispatch your order promptly. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and notify you immediately.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Shipping costs for faster delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

Order Delivery

Dispatch Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we aim to dispatch it within 5 working days, provided the item is in stock.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 working days after dispatch. Expedited shipping delivery times depend on the method selected at checkout and may be significantly faster.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk for assistance.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the UK. If you are outside the UK and interested in our products, please contact us to discuss possible shipping options.

Damages & Returns

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery and do not accept packages that appear damaged.

Reporting Damages
If you receive a damaged item, please send clear photos of the damage to sales@pedalgo.co.uk so we can initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of placement will be refunded in full. Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to additional fees.

Returns
If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

Refund Method
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
