You can choose between two front-access options depending on your needs. The ramp model features a front panel that folds down to create a solid ramp, ideal for larger dogs or wheeled cargo. The door model includes a side-hinged door that opens to the left, making it perfect for smaller dogs or children to step in comfortably.

Equipped with a reliable 250W brushless motor, the bike provides smooth pedal assist up to 15.5 miles per hour (25 kilometres per hour) – the UK legal limit. A 10.4Ah lithium-ion battery delivers a real-world range of up to 31 miles, giving you enough power for errands, pet outings, or daily commutes. Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please note: All Amcargobikes are partially assembled to order for quality assurance and safety checks. As a result, delivery typically takes a minimum of 7 working days from the date of purchase.

To maintain warranty coverage, ongoing service and general maintenance must be observed according to the requirements listed on your invoice.

Rejected warranty parts can be returned with the cost of postage covered. Rejected parts are stored for 6 weeks before they are destroyed.

Guarantees apply only to the original buyer or owner. In the case of resale or second hand sale, guarantees no longer apply.
