Amcargobikes Dog Carrier Electric Cargo Trike

This Amcargobikes cargo trike is made for dog owners. The front of the box opens, so your dog can walk in and out instead of being lifted. Choose a ramp, where the front panel folds down into a solid ramp for bigger dogs or wheeled cargo, or a door that opens to the left for smaller dogs or children.

Inside there is an anti-slip floor and a bench with safety belts for two children, and the box will take a baby seat too. A 250W motor assists you up to 15.5mph (25km/h), the UK legal limit, and the 36V 10.4Ah battery gives up to 31 miles (50km) per charge.

Options: Like the Workman 2, it comes on four base bikes: Premium with mechanical disc brakes, Deluxe with hydraulic disc brakes and puncture-resistant tyres, or Ultimate Curve and Ultimate Curve Mid Engine with Anti-Tilt steering and a bigger battery (13Ah on the Ultimate Curve, 14Ah on the Mid Engine). The specifications below are for the Premium version.

Delivery: Arrives 80% assembled (allow 2 to 4 hours to finish), or choose fully assembled.

• Six gears: Shimano Tourney 6-speed with freewheel.
• Walk assist: Moves the bike at up to 3mph (5km/h) without pedalling.

Order confirmation: When you place your order, we pre-authorise your card but do not take payment straight away. We check stock with our supplier first, then take payment and get your order ready for dispatch. If an item is not available, we cancel the pre-authorisation and let you know.

Delivery: UK delivery is free on orders of £200 or more, and £5 on orders under £200. Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days of payment, and standard delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Some models take longer, depending on our supplier and stock. If your order will take longer than usual, we will tell you and give you a new estimate. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not had tracking details within 6 working days of ordering, email sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we will help.

Damage in transit: Every delivery is fully insured. Please check your order carefully when it arrives. If you can see damage, we recommend refusing the delivery. If you find damage later, email clear photos to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible and we will start an insurance claim and help arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Changed your mind? You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. After delivery, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, by emailing sales@pedalgo.co.uk or calling 0330 122 4983. You then have another 14 days to send it back, and we will give you the return address. You can handle and inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been used beyond that.

Return costs: You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Bikes are large and heavy, so as a guide a return costs about £200 for Amcargobikes and £600 for Aitour cargo bikes. Many other bikes cost much less. If you are unsure, ask us for a quote before you order.

Refunds: We refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, to your original payment method. We do this within 14 days of getting the item back, or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever is sooner. A paid assembly option is not refundable once the work has been done.

Faulty or wrong items: Contact us straight away if anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, and we will cover the return cost. You can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and your warranty also applies. Read our full refund policy.

Please note: All Amcargobikes are partially assembled to order for quality assurance and safety checks. As a result, delivery typically takes a minimum of 7 working days from the date of purchase.

To maintain warranty coverage, ongoing service and general maintenance must be observed according to the requirements listed on your invoice.

Rejected warranty parts can be returned with the cost of postage covered. Rejected parts are stored for 6 weeks before they are destroyed.

Guarantees apply only to the original buyer or owner. In the case of resale or second hand sale, guarantees no longer apply.
