The ENGWE L20 Boost is a high-performance step-through electric fat bike built for riders who want comfort, range and extra power when needed. Powered by a UK road-legal 250W rear hub motor, the L20 Boost delivers smooth pedal assistance and responsive torque, with a top speed of 25 km/h (15.5 mph). The advanced torque sensor and Boost button give you intuitive power delivery with the option to activate a short burst of additional power — ideal for steep hills or fast getaways.

The 48V 13Ah lithium-ion battery provides a generous range of up to 126 km on pedal assist, with convenient on-bike or off-bike charging. Built around a step-through aluminium frame, the L20 Boost combines easy access with rugged design. Fat 20” x 4.0” tyres, a front suspension fork, and an upright riding position make it comfortable across city streets, gravel paths and country lanes. The bike supports a maximum load of 120 kg, and is suitable for riders 158 cm to 188 cm (5'2" to 6'2") tall.

Equipped with Shimano 7-speed gearing, mechanical disc brakes, LCD display, and integrated front and rear LED lights, the L20 Boost is built for practical, everyday use. The bike arrives 95% pre-assembled, with simple final assembly required (tools and instructions included), and is backed by a 2-year warranty.

Warranty: 2 years on battery, motor and frame; 1 year on charger and controller; 8 months on other electrical components. Consumable parts (tyres, brake pads) excluded unless defective.

Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know. 

Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at sales@pedalgo.co.uk so that we can help.

Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

All ENGWE electric bicycles come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact ENGWE at service@engwe-bikes.com. Provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the issue. Valid claims will be processed promptly.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and cables

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

• Improper assembly or use of incompatible parts
