Equipped with a 350W brushless hub motor and a 36V 12Ah lithium-ion battery, the CY20 reaches speeds of up to 32 km/h (20 mph) and offers a maximum range of 60–80 km per charge, depending on riding conditions. Its foldable 6061 aluminium alloy frame makes it easy to store in small spaces, carry on public transport, or pack in the boot of your car.

Built for versatility, the CY20 features 20-inch spoke wheels, wide 2.35" all-terrain tyres, and dual suspension (front fork and seat post) for a comfortable and stable ride on urban roads, gravel, and light trails. Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged.

We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.

Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know. 

Order Delivery: Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days.

We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at sales@pedalgo.co.uk so that we can help.

Damages: We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds: Any orders cancelled after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

UK Notice – E-Bike Regulations

All electric bikes supplied by Pedal Go are configured to comply with the UK legal speed limit of 15.5mph (25km/h) and a maximum motor output of 250W, making them road legal for use without registration, tax, or a driving licence.

If any modifications are made that increase the motor power or assisted speed beyond UK limits, the bike will no longer be considered road legal and may require registration, insurance, and a valid driving licence.

It is the responsibility of the rider to ensure their bike remains compliant with current laws.

All Samebike electric bicycles come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Coverage Details:

Warranty Claims:

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Samebike at support@samebike.store. Provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the issue. Valid claims will be processed within 3 days.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and cables

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

• Improper assembly or use of incompatible parts
