Aitour Basalt - Electric Cargo Bike

The Aitour Basalt is a two-wheeled electric cargo bike for city families. At 56cm wide it is slim enough for narrow lanes, bike paths and tight corners, and the box at the front seats two children or one adult.

An Ananda M100 mid-drive motor gives 110Nm of torque, so hills and heavy loads are easy to manage, with assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h). The 48V 13.4Ah battery gives up to 70km (43 miles) per charge. Shimano Nexus 7-speed hub gears, Bengal hydraulic disc brakes with a parking brake and Innova puncture-resistant tyres make it practical for everyday use.

It arrives fully assembled and comes with a free removable all-weather canopy.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

All Aitour electric bikes come with a full manufacturer warranty to give you peace of mind when you ride.

Please note: Tyres, brake pads, and plastic covers are not covered unless a manufacturing fault is proven.
