The Amcargobikes Deluxe builds on the Premium family cargo trike with hydraulic disc brakes and puncture-resistant Kenda tyres. Up to four children ride in the front box on an anti-slip bench with Y-style safety belts, and there is space to fit a baby seat. The 250W Dapu motor gives smooth, near-silent assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h), the UK legal limit.
The removable 36V 10.4Ah (374Wh) battery locks to the bike and gives up to 31 miles (50km) per charge. If you ride further, you can upgrade to a 12Ah battery for up to 37 miles (60km) or a 14Ah battery for up to 47 miles (75km). A low step-through frame, six Shimano gears and a suspension saddle make it easy and comfortable to ride, even fully loaded.
Delivery: Arrives 80% assembled with tools and instructions, or choose to have it delivered fully assembled.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Please note: All Amcargobikes are partially assembled to order for quality assurance and safety checks. As a result, delivery typically takes a minimum of 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Battery and electrical components: 24 months
To maintain warranty coverage, ongoing service and general maintenance must be observed according to the requirements listed on your invoice.
Rejected warranty parts can be returned with the cost of postage covered. Rejected parts are stored for 6 weeks before they are destroyed.
Guarantees apply only to the original buyer or owner. In the case of resale or second hand sale, guarantees no longer apply.
