Amcargobikes PREMIUM Electric Cargo

The Amcargobikes Premium is a three-wheel electric cargo bike built for families. Up to four children sit in the front box on an anti-slip bench with Y-style safety belts, and the low step-in makes it easy for them to climb in. A quiet 250W Dapu motor helps you along at up to 15.5mph (25km/h), the UK legal limit, so school runs, shopping and weekend trips can all be done without the car.

The standard 36V 10.4Ah battery gives up to 31 miles (50km) per charge, or you can choose a 12Ah or 14Ah battery for up to 37 miles (60km) or 47 miles (75km). It recharges in 2 to 4 hours. The bike is designed and hand-assembled in Denmark and comes with a removable rain canopy, lights, mudguards and a luggage rack as standard.

Delivery: Arrives 80% assembled with step-by-step instructions, or choose to have it delivered fully assembled.

• Brakes you can trust: Two Promax disc brakes at the front, a Promax V-brake at the back and a parking brake.
• All-weather canopy: Clear, removable canopy with side entry keeps passengers out of the wind and rain.
• Comfortable ride: Wide, shock-absorbing leather saddle and adjustable handlebars with leather grips.
• Easy to see: Two LED headlights, a rear light, reflectors, a bell and tyres with reflective stripes.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please note: All Amcargobikes are partially assembled to order for quality assurance and safety checks. As a result, delivery typically takes a minimum of 7 working days from the date of purchase.

To maintain warranty coverage, ongoing service and general maintenance must be observed according to the requirements listed on your invoice.

Rejected warranty parts can be returned with the cost of postage covered. Rejected parts are stored for 6 weeks before they are destroyed.

Guarantees apply only to the original buyer or owner. In the case of resale or second hand sale, guarantees no longer apply.
