Claud Butler Ridge 2.0 Electric Mountain Bike

The Claud Butler Ridge 2.0 builds on the Ridge 1.0 with a stronger motor, wider-range gears and hydraulic disc brakes. It is a hardtail electric mountain bike for woodland paths, hills and everyday commutes, with 27.5-inch wheels, tan-wall Ralson Vector tyres and a 120mm suspension fork with hydraulic lockout.

A Bafang 250W rear hub motor with 45Nm of torque gives smooth assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h), and the removable 375Wh Panasonic battery gives up to 40 miles (64km) per charge. Shimano CUES 9-speed gears with an 11-46T cassette make climbs easier, and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes give strong, reliable stopping.

Delivery: Choose 85% assembled, with some final setup at home, or 99% assembled, so it is almost ready to ride when it arrives.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Claud Butler Electric Bike Warranty

Every Claud Butler electric bike we supply comes with a manufacturer’s warranty for the original owner, covering the following:

• 5 Years – All rigid steel and titanium frames and forks

• 3 Years – All rigid alloy frames and forks

• 1 Year – Suspension frames/forks, paintwork and decals, carbon fibre frames/forks, original parts, suspension components, electrical components, and branded components*

*Branded components such as SR Suntour, RockShox, Shimano, and Avid are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper assembly or maintenance

• Installation of incompatible parts

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

• Labour or transport costs for replacement parts

Making a Claim

• Proof of purchase and product registration are required

• Warranty is valid only for the original owner from the date of purchase
