The Claud Butler Ridge 2.0 takes everything riders love about the Ridge 1.0 and upgrades it with more torque, better gearing, and hydraulic disc brakes for next-level performance. Whether you're commuting, exploring woodland paths, or tackling weekend hills, the Ridge 2.0 delivers smooth, confident power with a more refined feel.

Powered by a 250W Bafang rear hub motor and a 375Wh integrated Panasonic battery, the Ridge 2.0 offers up to 40 miles (64km) of pedal-assisted range. The 45Nm torque motor climbs hills more easily than ever before, while Shimano’s CUES 9-speed drivetrain gives you a wider range and smoother shifting.

Its suspension fork with 120mm of travel, 27.5-inch wheels, and responsive hydraulic disc brakes help you glide over rough terrain with better grip and stopping power. From gravel trails to urban commutes, this is an electric mountain bike made for everyday versatility and off-road fun.

Available in two sizes:

• Medium (17") – Best for riders 5'4" to 5'10" (162–178cm)

• Large (19") – Best for riders 5'10" to 6'2" (178–188cm)

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Claud Butler Electric Bike Warranty

Every Claud Butler electric bike we supply comes with a manufacturer’s warranty for the original owner, covering the following:

• 5 Years – All rigid steel and titanium frames and forks

• 3 Years – All rigid alloy frames and forks

• 1 Year – Suspension frames/forks, paintwork and decals, carbon fibre frames/forks, original parts, suspension components, electrical components, and branded components*

*Branded components such as SR Suntour, RockShox, Shimano, and Avid are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper assembly or maintenance

• Installation of incompatible parts

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

• Labour or transport costs for replacement parts

Making a Claim

• Proof of purchase and product registration are required

• Warranty is valid only for the original owner from the date of purchase
