Claud Butler Wrath 1.0 Cues Electric Mountain Bike

The Claud Butler Wrath 1.0 is a 29-inch hardtail electric mountain bike for weekend trails and weekday commutes. Its 6061 aluminium frame, 29 x 2.40-inch CST Patrol tyres and 100mm suspension fork with hydraulic lockout give stable, comfortable handling on mixed ground.

A Bafang 250W rear hub motor with 32Nm of torque gives assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h), with five assist levels and a walk assist mode, and the removable 360Wh Samsung battery gives up to 40 miles (64km) per charge. Shimano CUES 9-speed gears and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes complete the bike.

Delivery: Choose 85% assembled, with some final setup at home, or 99% assembled, so it is almost ready to ride when it arrives.

Order confirmation: When you place your order, we pre-authorise your card but do not take payment straight away. We check stock with our supplier first, then take payment and get your order ready for dispatch. If an item is not available, we cancel the pre-authorisation and let you know.

Delivery: UK delivery is free on orders of £200 or more, and £5 on orders under £200. Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days of payment, and standard delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 working days. Some models take longer, depending on our supplier and stock. If your order will take longer than usual, we will tell you and give you a new estimate. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not had tracking details within 6 working days of ordering, email sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we will help.

Damage in transit: Every delivery is fully insured. Please check your order carefully when it arrives. If you can see damage, we recommend refusing the delivery. If you find damage later, email clear photos to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible and we will start an insurance claim and help arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Changed your mind? You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. After delivery, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order, by emailing sales@pedalgo.co.uk or calling 0330 122 4983. You then have another 14 days to send it back, and we will give you the return address. You can handle and inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund if it has been used beyond that.

Return costs: You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Bikes are large and heavy, so as a guide a return costs about £200 for Amcargobikes and £600 for Aitour cargo bikes. Many other bikes cost much less. If you are unsure, ask us for a quote before you order.

Refunds: We refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, to your original payment method. We do this within 14 days of getting the item back, or of you showing us proof that you sent it, whichever is sooner. A paid assembly option is not refundable once the work has been done.

Faulty or wrong items: Contact us straight away if anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, and we will cover the return cost. You can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and your warranty also applies. Read our full refund policy.

Claud Butler Electric Bike Warranty

Every Claud Butler electric bike we supply comes with a manufacturer’s warranty for the original owner, covering the following:

• 5 Years: All rigid steel and titanium frames and forks

• 3 Years: All rigid alloy frames and forks

• 1 Year: Suspension frames/forks, paintwork and decals, carbon fibre frames/forks, original parts, suspension components, electrical components, and branded components*

*Branded components such as SR Suntour, RockShox, Shimano, and Avid are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper assembly or maintenance

• Installation of incompatible parts

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

• Labour or transport costs for replacement parts

Making a Claim

• Proof of purchase and product registration are required

• Warranty is valid only for the original owner from the date of purchase
