With a 240W / 36V motor and 4-stage electric power assist, hills and long journeys become easy. You’ll glide along with speeds of up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph) – the UK legal limit – and enjoy an extended range of up to 60km (around 37 miles) on a single charge. The lithium-ion battery is not only detachable for easy charging, but also recharges in just 3 to 4 hours, so you’re ready to ride again in no time.

More than just transport, the Cruzaa E-Bike features integrated Bluetooth 5.0 speakers, so you can stream music directly while you ride. A crisp digital LCD display keeps you informed on speed, battery level, gear, and distance, while the 3-speed gear system and disc brakes give you full control in every environment.

Built around a lightweight aluminium frame, weighing just 16.5kg, it’s easy to store, carry, and ride. The 20" wheels strike the perfect balance between agility and stability, and with an IPX4 water-resistant rating, the Cruzaa is ready for the UK’s unpredictable weather.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

All Cruzaa electric bikes and scooters come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Cruzaa at support@cruzaa.com. Provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the issue. Valid claims will be processed promptly.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and cables
Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
Improper assembly or use of incompatible parts
