UK Road Legal Compliance

The Dawes Scenic complies with current UK e-bike regulations. It features a 250W motor and a maximum assisted speed of 25 km/h (15.5mph), meaning you can ride it on public roads and cycle paths without a licence, tax, insurance, or helmet (although a helmet is always recommended for safety). This makes it an ideal option for everyday commuting and recreational cycling across the UK.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
