The DYU A16 is a compact and stylish folding electric bike ideal for urban commuters and leisure riders. The 36V 10Ah removable lithium-ion battery delivers an impressive range of up to 55 km, depending on riding conditions. Built on a magnesium alloy frame, this lightweight 21.9 kg bike folds compactly—perfect for car trunks, public transit, or small apartments. Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
