The DYU C1 is a stylish, performance-focused city electric bike designed for everyday riding with added comfort and versatility. Built around a durable step-through aluminium frame and equipped with 26 × 2.5″ all-terrain tires, it’s ideal for commuting, leisure, and light trail use.

A 350 W rear hub motor delivers smooth acceleration and confident hill-climbing power. The bike comes factory set to 250 W for UK/EU road compliance, but the motor is capable of delivering up to 500 W of peak power for use on private land where permitted. Paired with a 36 V 10 Ah removable battery, the C1 offers a range of up to 65 km on pedal assist or 43 km with throttle-only operation.

Comfort is enhanced by a front suspension fork and shock-absorbing seat post, while dual hydraulic disc brakes ensure reliable stopping in all conditions. A Shimano 7-speed drivetrain and intuitive LCD display round out this capable and commuter-friendly electric bike.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

At Pedal Go, we stand by the quality and reliability of the DYU electric bikes we sell. Every DYU e-bike purchased from our store includes a minimum 1-year UK warranty covering key components and manufacturing defects.

What’s Covered

Your DYU e-bike warranty includes protection against manufacturing defects for the following components:

• Frame – 1-year warranty

• Motor – 1-year warranty

• Battery – 1-year warranty

• Display & Controller – 1-year warranty

• Charger – 6-month warranty

• Electrical wiring & internal cabling – 1-year warranty

This warranty covers non-commercial use only and applies from the original date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. tyres, brake pads, chains)

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or modification

• Corrosion or water damage due to improper storage or usage

• Labour costs or shipping costs for unauthorised repairs

• Use in competitive riding, stunts, or commercial environments

Any damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions in the user manual may void your warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your DYU e-bike has a warranty issue, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A clear description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the fault

Our team will assess your claim and, if valid, arrange for a repair, replacement part, or full replacement depending on the situation.

Important Notes

• Repairs must be carried out by an authorised technician or warranty may be voided

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only

• In some cases, proof of maintenance or setup by a qualified professional may be required
