The DYU C5 is a rugged and stylish city electric bike built for urban commuting and weekend adventures. Powered by a 250W brushless rear hub motor (with up to 500W peak output), it reaches the legal speed limit of 25 km/h (15.5 mph) and can handle slopes up to 15°. Equipped with a 48V 10Ah removable lithium‑ion battery, it offers a real-world range of 43 km in throttle mode and up to 65 km with pedal assist, depending on rider weight, terrain, and assist level. Its 27.5″ × 1.95″ all-terrain tires deliver smooth performance on both pavement and light off-road paths.

Designed for comfort and functionality, the C5 features a front suspension fork, seat-post shock absorption, Shimano 7-speed gearing, and dual mechanical disc brakes for confident stopping in any conditions. A rear cargo rack, integrated LED lights, and a clear LCD display round out a practical feature set for daily commuting and leisure rides. The IP54 waterproof rating makes it suitable for light rain and splashes.

Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
