The E-Go Lite is a customer favourite for its ultra lightweight frame and compact size. Weighing only 15 kilograms, it is perfect for commuting, storing in small spaces, or taking away in a motorhome. The 6.4Ah LG seat post battery provides a range of up to 50 kilometers, and the bike folds down in just a few steps. It includes disc brakes, mudguards, front and rear lights, a bell, and a reflector so you are ready to ride right away.

The E-Go Step adds comfort, accessibility, and power. With a low step through frame, it is ideal for riders who prefer an easier mount and dismount, especially those with reduced mobility. It is equipped with a 14Ah battery, larger 20 inch wheels, and a payload capacity of 125 kilograms. This model delivers a smooth ride across town or along the seafront and also folds away neatly when not in use.

Together, the Step and Lite offer a smart mix of lightweight practicality and everyday comfort, complete with rear racks and waterproof storage bags included for shopping, commuting, or weekend adventures.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
