The Ultimate Curve – Mid Engine is Amcargobike’s most powerful and advanced electric cargo trike. The slimline frame in matte black combines strong steel and lightweight aluminium, housing a high-capacity 14Ah battery that delivers up to 65 km of real-world range. Hydraulic disc brakes, motor cut-off, and Amcargobike’s Anti Tilt steering system all work together to provide outstanding safety and ride control. Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please note: All Amcargobikes are partially assembled to order for quality assurance and safety checks. As a result, delivery typically takes a minimum of 7 working days from the date of purchase.

Battery and electrical components: 24 months

To maintain warranty coverage, ongoing service and general maintenance must be observed according to the requirements listed on your invoice.

Rejected warranty parts can be returned with the cost of postage covered. Rejected parts are stored for 6 weeks before they are destroyed.

Guarantees apply only to the original buyer or owner. In the case of resale or second hand sale, guarantees no longer apply.
