The Emotorad T-Rex Air is a hardtail mountain e-bike designed to handle both urban commutes and off-road trails with confidence. Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

All EMotorad electric bicycles come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact EMotorad at support@emotorad.com. Provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the issue. Valid claims will be processed promptly.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and cables
Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
Improper assembly or use of incompatible parts
