Extended Warranty – 12 Months (Step, Max & Max+)

Every E-Go bike comes with a 12-month warranty. Add this to your order to extend the warranty on your E-Go Step, Max or Max+ by a further 12 months.

It is a simple way to get extra peace of mind with your new bike. If you have any questions about what is covered, contact us and we will explain.

• 12 extra months: Extends the standard 12-month warranty by another 12 months.
• For the E-Go Step, Max and Max+: For the Lite or Lite+, choose the matching extended warranty.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
