The EZEGO Commute EX Gents is a precision engineered commuter e-bike designed in the UK, optimised for efficiency, durability, and rider ergonomics. The geometry supports an upright riding posture, reducing rider fatigue on extended journeys while enhancing situational awareness in urban traffic. Internal cable routing not only improves aerodynamics and aesthetics but also reduces cable exposure to weather and debris, enhancing long-term reliability.

Propulsion is delivered by a 250W brushless geared rear hub motor, calibrated to provide smooth, progressive assistance across a range of cadences. This is powered by a Samsung 36V 12.8Ah (460Wh) lithium-ion battery, mounted for balanced weight distribution and removable for convenient charging. The battery management system is optimised for cell longevity, and in real-world conditions delivers a range of up to 64 km per charge. The assistance is regulated via a handlebar-mounted control interface, allowing riders to switch between multiple power modes to optimise energy consumption or maximise performance as required.

The drivetrain features a Shimano 8-speed system, ensuring efficient gear changes and compatibility with the bike’s electric assist characteristics. Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

What the Warranty Covers

Your EZEGO e-bike is protected against manufacturing defects for the following parts:

• Frame – 1 year

• Battery – 1 year

• Motor – 1 year

• Display & Controller – 1 year

• Charger & electrical wiring – 1 year

This warranty applies to normal, non-commercial use and starts from the date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear (including tyres, brake pads, chains, and grips)

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications

• Water damage from improper use or storage

• Labour or service costs not pre-approved by Pedal Go or EZEGO

• Cosmetic scratches or marks caused after delivery

Improper assembly or failure to follow the EZEGO user manual may void the warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, simply contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A clear explanation of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the fault

Once received, our support team will assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement bike depending on the issue.

Additional Notes

• All repairs must be authorised in advance

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims
