EZEGO Commute INT Unisex

The EZEGO Commute INT Unisex is the smaller-framed version of the Commute INT, designed in the UK for commuting and weekend rides. The battery is hidden inside the alloy frame, cables run inside it, and the relaxed, upright position keeps you comfortable.

A 250W rear hub motor with 45Nm of torque gives five levels of smooth assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h), plus a walk assist mode, and the removable 418Wh Samsung battery gives up to 40 miles (60km) per charge. Shimano 9-speed gears, Clarks hydraulic disc brakes, puncture-protected Kenda tyres, integrated lights, alloy mudguards, a rear rack and a kickstand come as standard.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

What the Warranty Covers

Your EZEGO e-bike is protected against manufacturing defects for the following parts:

• Frame – 1 year

• Battery – 1 year

• Motor – 1 year

• Display & Controller – 1 year

• Charger & electrical wiring – 1 year

This warranty applies to normal, non-commercial use and starts from the date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear (including tyres, brake pads, chains, and grips)

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications

• Water damage from improper use or storage

• Labour or service costs not pre-approved by Pedal Go or EZEGO

• Cosmetic scratches or marks caused after delivery

Improper assembly or failure to follow the EZEGO user manual may void the warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, simply contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A clear explanation of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the fault

Once received, our support team will assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement bike depending on the issue.

Additional Notes

• All repairs must be authorised in advance

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims
