Choose between two Samsung battery capacities—375Wh or 500Wh—to match your riding needs. Mounted securely on the rear rack, both batteries are fully removable and offer real-world range up to 64 km (40 miles) per charge. The smooth, silent 250W front hub motor delivers up to 42Nm of torque, making hill starts and headwinds effortless.

To enhance comfort and control, this model features a suspension alloy fork with hydraulic lockout, wide puncture-resistant tyres with reflective sidewalls, and ergonomic touchpoints that reduce fatigue on longer rides. Add to that low-maintenance Shimano Nexus internal hub gears, folding pedals, and full mudguards—and the Step NX becomes your everyday go-everywhere e-bike.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

At Pedal Go, we proudly stock EZEGO electric bikes for their excellent build quality, practical design, and reliability. Every EZEGO bike purchased through our store includes a comprehensive 1-year UK warranty covering key components for your peace of mind.

What the Warranty Covers

Your EZEGO e-bike is protected against manufacturing defects for the following parts:

• Frame – 1 year

• Battery – 1 year

• Motor – 1 year

• Display & Controller – 1 year

• Charger & electrical wiring – 1 year

This warranty applies to normal, non-commercial use and starts from the date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear (including tyres, brake pads, chains, and grips)

• Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications

• Water damage from improper use or storage

• Labour or service costs not pre-approved by Pedal Go or EZEGO

• Cosmetic scratches or marks caused after delivery

Improper assembly or failure to follow the EZEGO user manual may void the warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, simply contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A clear explanation of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the fault

Once received, our support team will assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement part, or replacement bike depending on the issue.

Additional Notes

• All repairs must be authorised in advance

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims
