Falcon Horizon Low Step Electric Hybrid Bike

The Falcon Horizon Low Step is an electric hybrid bike made for comfortable everyday riding. The low-step 6061 aluminium frame is easy to get on and off, and 700c wheels, wide 700 x 45c puncture-protected tyres and an 80mm suspension fork with hydraulic lockout give a smooth ride on roads and cycle paths.

A Bafang 250W rear hub motor with 32Nm of torque gives gentle, steady assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h), and the removable 375Wh battery with Panasonic cells gives up to 40 miles (64km) per charge. Shimano 7-speed gears, mechanical disc brakes, full-length mudguards, a rear pannier rack and a kickstand make it ready for commuting and shopping.

Delivery: Choose 85% assembled, with some final setup at home, or 99% assembled, so it is almost ready to ride when it arrives.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Falcon Electric Bike Warranty

Every Falcon electric bike we supply comes with a manufacturer’s warranty for the original owner, covering the following:

• 5 Years – All rigid steel and titanium frames and forks

• 3 Years – All rigid alloy frames and forks

• 1 Year – Suspension frames/forks, paintwork and decals, carbon fibre frames/forks, original parts, suspension components, electrical components, and branded components*

*Branded components such as SR Suntour, RockShox, Shimano, and Avid are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper assembly or maintenance

• Installation of incompatible parts

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

• Labour or transport costs for replacement parts

Making a Claim

• Proof of purchase and product registration are required

• Warranty is valid only for the original owner from the date of purchase
