The Heybike EC 1 Commuter E-Bike is a purpose-built electric bicycle engineered for efficient and reliable urban transportation. It features a 250W brushless rear hub motor paired with a 36V 10Ah Samsung lithium-ion battery (360Wh), offering a maximum assisted range of up to 100 km (62 miles). The battery is seamlessly integrated into the downtube for a streamlined appearance and can be removed easily for convenient charging at home or at work.

The EC 1’s lightweight aluminium alloy frame includes internal cable routing for a clean, low-maintenance design, and is available in two frame sizes to suit a wider range of riders. A Shimano 7-speed drivetrain ensures smooth gear changes, while hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent, powerful braking in all conditions. Additional commuter-oriented features include 700C x 40C puncture-proof tyres, integrated LED lights, and an IPX6-rated LCD display with Heybike app connectivity. With three pedal-assist levels (Eco / Tour / Sport) and a cadence sensor for responsive motor support, the EC 1 is optimized for stop-start traffic, daily commutes, and light recreational use.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
