The Hitway BK5S is a compact and practical folding e-bike designed for commuters, students, and city riders. Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Warranty Coverage

• Frame: 2 years

• Electric motor: 2 years

• Battery: 2 years (with normal use and correct charging)

• Charger: 1 year

• Other electrical components (wiring, sensors, etc.): 1 year

• Mechanical parts (brakes, gears, chain): 6 months (excluding normal wear and tear)

Not Covered Under Warranty

• General wear items such as tyres, brake pads, cables, and chains

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance

• Water damage from submersion or pressure washing

• Modifications or use of non-original parts

• Cosmetic scratches or dents that do not affect function
