Hygge Aarhus Urban E-Bike - Hybrid - Graphite Grey

The Hygge Aarhus is an urban hybrid e-bike built for comfortable commuting and longer rides. Its lightweight aluminium frame, front suspension fork and 700 x 38c puncture-resistant tyres give a smooth, efficient ride on town roads and cycle paths.

A 250W hub motor with 42Nm of torque assists you up to 15.5mph (25km/h), and the removable Samsung 48V 14Ah battery gives up to 50 miles (80km) per charge. Shimano Altus 8-speed gears, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes and a colour display with Bluetooth come as standard. It comes with a rear rack, mudguards and integrated lights, in Graphite Grey.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

All Hygge electric bicycles come with a 3-year warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on the motor, controller, fork, handlebar, brake, charger, and battery. Additionally, a 6-month limited warranty covers the display, switch, kickstand, tires, pedals, freewheel, fenders, headlight, and taillight. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Hygge at support@hyggebikes.com. Provide proof of purchase along with photos or videos of the issue. Valid claims will be processed promptly.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and cables
Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
Improper assembly or use of incompatible parts
