MBM Funk Cross – 20" Urban Bike

The MBM Funk Cross is a compact 20-inch e-bike built for town and light trails. Chunky 3-inch cross tyres grip on gravel and grass, and a Suntour suspension fork smooths out rough ground.

The OLI Move One motor gives 60Nm of torque with assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h), and the removable 360Wh battery gives about 60km on assist level 3, or up to 140km on level 1. Shimano 8-speed gears and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes keep you in control.

• Cross tyres: 20 x 3.00-inch tyres for grip on mixed surfaces.

• Front suspension: Suntour XCT-DS Plus 20 fork.

• Front light: Spanninga 40 lux.

Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

MBM Electric Bike Warranty

All MBM electric bikes come with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage:

• Frame: 2 years

• Electric Motor: 2 years

• Battery: 2 years (subject to proper use and charging cycles)

• Controller & Display: 1 year

• Charger: 1 year

• Other Electrical Components: 1 year

• Mechanical Parts (gears, brakes, chain, etc.): 6 months (excluding wear and tear)

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, cables, etc.)

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance

• Modifications or alterations to the bike’s original condition

• Water damage caused by submersion or pressure washing

• Use of non-original parts or chargers

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if possible. We’ll work with MBM to assess and resolve the problem quickly.

Please Note:
Regular servicing and correct use are essential to maintain warranty coverage. Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry place and charged at least once a month if not in regular use.
