Its Spard YT 30240 integrated 36V, 7 Ah (252 Wh) battery delivers an average range of 35 km (level 3) and up to 90 km (level 1), making it perfect for short- to mid-range city journeys. Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

All MBM electric bicycles come with a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase, covering the frame, motor, and battery. To activate the warranty, the product must be registered within 15 days of purchase through the official MBM warranty portal.

Battery Coverage Details
0 to 6 months: 100 percent coverage
7 to 12 months: 50 percent coverage
13 to 24 months: 25 percent coverage

Please note: battery coverage depends on proper use and maintenance. Allowing the battery to discharge below the allowed limit may void the warranty.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear items such as tires, brake pads, chains, and cables
Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
Improper assembly or use of incompatible parts

All MBM electric bikes come with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage:

• Frame: 2 years

• Electric Motor: 2 years

• Battery: 2 years (subject to proper use and charging cycles)

• Controller & Display: 1 year

• Charger: 1 year

• Other Electrical Components: 1 year

• Mechanical Parts (gears, brakes, chain, etc.): 6 months (excluding wear and tear)

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, cables, etc.)

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance

• Modifications or alterations to the bike’s original condition

• Water damage caused by submersion or pressure washing

• Use of non-original parts or chargers

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if possible. We’ll work with MBM to assess and resolve the problem quickly.

Please Note:
Regular servicing and correct use are essential to maintain warranty coverage. Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry place and charged at least once a month if not in regular use.
