MBM - RAMBLA SPORT M 28" - Hybrid

The MBM Rambla Sport M is a 28-inch electric city bike, designed and built in Italy for commuting, school runs and relaxed weekend rides. The quiet OLI Sport One mid-drive motor gives 60Nm of torque, with assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h).

Its 360Wh battery is built into the frame and gives up to 120km per charge. A Suntour suspension fork and Schwalbe Marathon puncture-resistant tyres smooth out potholes and cobbles, and Shimano 7-speed gears and Shimano hydraulic disc brakes keep things simple and safe.

Full mudguards, a rear rack and integrated lights come as standard.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at sales@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

MBM Electric Bike Warranty

All MBM electric bikes come with a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage:

• Frame: 2 years

• Electric Motor: 2 years

• Battery: 2 years (subject to proper use and charging cycles)

• Controller & Display: 1 year

• Charger: 1 year

• Other Electrical Components: 1 year

• Mechanical Parts (gears, brakes, chain, etc.): 6 months (excluding wear and tear)

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, cables, etc.)

• Damage due to misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper maintenance

• Modifications or alterations to the bike’s original condition

• Water damage caused by submersion or pressure washing

• Use of non-original parts or chargers

Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos if possible. We’ll work with MBM to assess and resolve the problem quickly.

Please Note:
Regular servicing and correct use are essential to maintain warranty coverage. Batteries should be stored in a cool, dry place and charged at least once a month if not in regular use.
