The Revom M1 is a trail-ready electric mountain bike engineered for riders who demand power, comfort, and precision on every terrain. This full-suspension e-MTB offers outstanding control and cushioning through 110 mm SR Suntour XCR front forks and an EXA Form R562 rear shock, smoothing out rough trails and enhancing rider comfort. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power, while a SRAM GX 10-speed drivetrain ensures seamless shifting across varied terrain.

Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Revom Warranty at a Glance

Revom provides a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, electronic wiring, and LCD display. This warranty ensures protection against manufacturing defects, but it does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts such as brake pads, rotors, chains, tires, bearings, cables, and cosmetic finishes.

To keep the warranty valid, bikes must be properly inspected upon arrival and any issues reported immediately. The inspection should confirm that the bike has arrived in good condition, with no transit damage or missing parts. Failure to carry out this check at delivery may void the warranty.

If a warranty claim is accepted, Revom will supply replacement parts free of charge, although shipping costs and any installation fees (unless pre-approved) are the customer’s responsibility. To activate coverage, customers must complete Revom’s online warranty registration form with the frame and battery serial numbers, purchase date, and other required details.
