Revom U1 All Terrain Step-Through E-Bike

The Revom U1 is a step-through all-terrain e-bike for long rides, commuting and countryside tracks. The low frame is easy to get on and off, swept-back handlebars give an upright, relaxed position, and a Suntour NEX hydraulic fork and 27.5 x 2.1-inch Maxxis puncture-resistant tyres smooth out rough roads.

A 250W rear hub motor gives assistance up to 15.5mph (25km/h), and the 36V 15Ah (540Wh) LG battery gives over 50 miles (80km) per charge in a medium assist level. Shimano Acera 7-speed gears, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear lights, mudguards, a rear rack and a large colour display come as standard.

Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to sales@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Revom Warranty at a Glance

Revom provides a 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, electronic wiring, and LCD display. This warranty ensures protection against manufacturing defects, but it does not cover normal wear-and-tear parts such as brake pads, rotors, chains, tires, bearings, cables, and cosmetic finishes.

To keep the warranty valid, bikes must be properly inspected upon arrival and any issues reported immediately. The inspection should confirm that the bike has arrived in good condition, with no transit damage or missing parts. Failure to carry out this check at delivery may void the warranty.

If a warranty claim is accepted, Revom will supply replacement parts free of charge, although shipping costs and any installation fees (unless pre-approved) are the customer’s responsibility. To activate coverage, customers must complete Revom’s online warranty registration form with the frame and battery serial numbers, purchase date, and other required details.
