The robust design easily carries up to 4 children or 2 adults with plenty of space to spare. Delivered fully assembled, and backed by a 2-year warranty on key components, the Aitour Family C gives your family new freedom on three wheels.

Warranty: 2 years on battery, motor and cargo box; 1 year on charger and controller; 8 months on electrical components. Consumable parts (tyres, brake pads) excluded unless defective.

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card, but your payment will not be processed immediately. We will then proceed to process your payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Delivery: All orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of payment being processed. You will receive tracking details by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking information within 6 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pedalgo.co.uk and we’ll assist you.
Damages on Delivery: All products are fully insured during delivery. Please inspect all items carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage, we strongly advise that you do not accept the delivery. If you later discover damage, please email clear photos of the affected items to support@pedalgo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf and help arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

All Aitour electric bikes come with a full manufacturer warranty to give you peace of mind when you ride.
