After getting used to the gearing process I am really enjoying my electric bike. The instruction manual, however, was not the best and I had to look up youtube to help me get the bike charged. No need to register hygge bikes. This is done automatically.
Love it, just been out for a 10 mile ride. I am an older lady living in a rural part of Wales, so the roads are very narrow and its quite hilly. The bike copes very well and is giving me back my confidence. I'm still getting used to folding it but am sure will get the knack soon. Only one problem, you have to watch the position of the pedals when you fold it as it can get stuck. It does fold very small, I haven't tried it in my car yet but I think it will fit ok., maybe lifting I might struggle as it is still quite heavy.
It is a very smart, well built, sturdy bit of kit. I have put a big gel saddle on and that was the cherry on the cake.
DYU A5 is a great little bike to put in the car and take it anywhere.It takes 2 minutes to assemble and away you go you will not get a better bike at this price.i
i absolutely love my bike! don’t know why i didn’t get one sooner lol! the online chat was great with helping me when i wasn’t sure about delivery or how to put my bike together, can’t fault the customer service at all, the only thing i will say was the instructions that came with my bike did not match my bike what so ever lol so it was very confusing and it also didn’t mention it wouldn’t be a UK plug so i had to buy an adapter, but other than that my experience shopping here has been brilliant and i would recommend to others :) the bike is in perfect working order and haven’t had any issues with it so far! had so many compliments on it and it’s a real eye catcher :)

I would recommend Pedal Go to anyone. Everything was easy, the chat section was the very best and delivery updates was never a problem if I asked. The company they use is brilliant so informative and caring. And oh my Bike is amazing my 15 year granddaughter put it together and then off for a test ride… honestly from start to finish I’ve had excellent customer service BIG THANK YOU
Fantastic bike and fantastic service from pedalgo. Was able to speak to them for help with choosing on their live chat ordered the bikes at 7:30pm on Monday and received them on Wednesday lunchtime. The bike is so good smooth and the pedal assist is amazing on hills. Folds easily for storage. Highly recommended.
